Monday, 7/16: I worked out today--did you? |

Hi gang :hi:
This morning I jogged 2 miles and then went into the weight room to do a high weight upper-body workout (shoulders, chest, upper back, triceps, biceps) Low # of reps, high weight.
How'd you all do?
