This morning I did 45 minutes on the elliptical (interval setting) and then I did a full ab workout.
(Man, I hate doing ab work....)

I can't do a sit up. And I've been trying (and I'll keep trying). I did about 100 to 120 crunches today... all sorts of different kinds, but I can't bring myself all the way up.
shame on me.
