:hi: Hi gang!
Today I jogged 2.5 miles and walked the other .5 for a total of 3 miles on the indoor track
Then I did ab work.... probably about 100 or so various crunches.

I'm running the St Charles marathon on Sunday, so the week before is "no exercise" and lots of water and carbs.
good job on the 3 miles! I probably should follow your example and do more ab workouts, too.

40 minutes in the pool. The coach is wise enough to not kill his beginners. He wants to us to keep coming back :-)
