:hi: good morning gang!
This morning I did 35 minutes on the elliptical (x-training 1 program) and then I went into the weight room for an upper-body workout... arms, chest, upper back.
how 'bout you?

Someone needs to throw a bucket of cold water on my head so I can get up in the morning to exercise, at least on days between swimming and surfing. I'm a world-class pillow-clinger, and having a warm doggie curled up next to me doesn't help, either.
