Hi gang! :hi:
I'm sore as HELL today, but I went to the gym anyway. I jogged on the track for 45 minutes, paying no mind to my pace or my distance (though I'm pretty sure that between walking and jogging I came close to 3 miles) because I was so sore that my goal today was just to get my heart rate up for half an hour.
I did 20 push ups after my jog (!!)
and then I stretched for a good long time.
