I need more excercise. They are really handy, right in my neighborhood. Walking takes too long (though I enjoy it and will keep doing it) and riding bike here is suicide. Anybody else heard if this is true or not, about Curves' corporate support for antichoice actions? Mahalo...

and there isn't any way to increase your weight or change the workout...so it ends up being better than sitting on the couch..but not challenging.
