Tuesday, 10/2: I worked out today--did you? |

:hi:
I did 25 minutes on the elliptical (hill climbing program) and then went into the exercise studio for my "Biggest Loser" workout. (It's not a workout endorsed by the show, but one I developed by doing some of the stuff they do--and I had it approved by one of the trainers at the gym, who was pretty impressed, I might add.)
How did you all do today?

1. 4 miles this morning-- 2:15 X-country 1/2 Marathon on Saturday |

signed up at the last minute on Friday. Started at 7 AM Wheeew!
Great time. I really learned a lot about what to expect on a race day.
Doing 8 1/3 tomorrow morning. Up at 3:30 out at 4:00.
