Abruptly pooping out about 35-40 minutes into training
these past two days. I wonder what that is about? Do I need to eat more protein, get more sleep, take a few days off from training?

1. I'd take a day or two off & see if it continues.
Also, what do you eat before you work out? I finally found the perfect fuel for my for workouts. It's not so much that I feel heavy, but I can't exercise on an empty stomach. I feel like I hit a brick wall about 20 minutes into it.

2. If I'm heading from work to swimming
a piece or two of dried fruit and some nuts.

If I have more time to digest, a yogurt with a topping--lowfat granola, a teaspoon of blackstrap molasses, some fruit, or some ground flaxseed.

3. Funny! That's almost exactly what I have!
:D

Silk yogurt, a couple of dates, a few almonds & orange juice.
