Monday, 11/5: I worked out today--did you? |

Trying to get back to an established routine--yet again!
I did 40 minutes on the elliptical.
My goal for this week is to make it to the gym each weekday morning. Even if I only do 40 minutes on the treadmill. I need to just establish that this is what I do before work every morning.
you guys?

But it was only 15 minutes. I overdid it this weekend (went bowling on Saturday and lugged some huge garden rocks around yesterday), and I'm still sore... really sore.

I did the same ride yesterday only today I was 1/2 hr faster! I'm pretty tired now. :D
