Wow. My new machine gives a good workout. 3 minutes of arm exercises and
I'm nauseous and my arms tremble. Thank goodness for water. Two atoms hydrogen, one atom oxygen, some fluorine, and probably dog pee too. Lord knows which well they pump the stuff out of...

I've seen surprisingly impressive results in strength capacity, but to get back to pre-atrophy levels it's gonna take a while. Indeed, with recommended rep counts, I can already add another 10 pounds.

But I'm going to lose the body fat and show my doctor, insurance companies, and potential dates I'm a changed man.

Not the most flexible of units, but does what it needs to the most. I just duck under the barbell. :D

1. I think the Spanish Inquisition would've drooled over that machine.
Be sure to post the before & after pics in the Lounge!

2. Will do, but it'll be a couple months before I really look bulky.
Recently bought two more 25lb units for the tricep and bicep bar and will transfer its 7.5 and 5lb weights to the leg press and/or barbell.

Shoulders and arms come first; I have noticed some improvement with my neck and shoulders and the tingling is by and large dissipated. Or definitely better, so I'm going to keep it up. :D
