MissMillie, I'm not doing so well on my November workout calendar!
I did walk on Monday & plan to hit the weight room tonight. Getting back into weights will help. I always feel better & stronger when I lift, even though I will probably have to decrease the weights from the last time I worked out since it's been so long.
Six weeks till the end of the year. Still enough time to make some decent progress before the New Year.

3. It's hard to get motivated from a break or when starting up |
|
When I get back from vacation I just want to keep eating junk and not do anything, I have to force myself to go and then keeping up isn't too hard. At least you aren't giving up at this time of year!

Squats, Jump Squats, Deadlifts, leg lifts, reverse leg lifs, hyperextensions, and some calf work. Didn't have time to finish out with my cardio since gym was closing early on account of it being finals week.
