Hi gang! :hi:
This morning I jogged 2 miles and walked another .5 miles on the indoor track.
Then, I did about 20 minutes of work on my abdominals--primarily crunches.
How 'bout you folks?

I did my morning mile this morning and felt great! :woohoo:
I didn't lose too much over the holiday and more importantly, I didn't gain.
But I'm back at my routine now and intend to stay that way this year. :bounce: :bounce:

A lot of chest and back work, most of which was super sets. 20 minutes of ab work, and 20 minutes on the elliptical to see try and understand why people love that damn machine.
