and I amped up my speed to about 3.3/mph. I want to get up to 3.5 mph first and then to a pace where I can jog a little.
I swear it's the best wake up ever and I'm the most nonmorning person you'll ever meet.

2. it really is a good wake up |

the stickler for me is that I have a 45 minute drive to get to my gym (which is at work) so I guess I'm driving to work w/o being really awake :silly:
keep at it!!!!!

I'm making some considerable strength gains, managed 225lb squat for 8 reps so I was quite pleased. I'm closing in on my new years goals already! My lower back is feeling stiff, so I went lighter on the deadlifts to try and work on my form. I seem to have a tendency to hunch my back about 3/4's through the motion which isn't incorrect form and could possibly lead to injury.
Deadlifts get the abs pretty good, so I skipped that, and did a 20 minute HIIT session on the bike and am pooped.
