1/9/2008 - Daily Workout! I did, how 'bout you? |

I did my mile and got up to 3.3 mph. That might not seem like much to some, but to me it's really good and means I'm gaining more aerobic capacity. I exepect by the end of this month to be able to jog a little in my morning routine.
The down side is my appetite goes up and I'm struggling to find ways to curb it. :P

you need to watch what you eat.
lean protein fresh veggies some fresh fruit whole grains
make sure you give your body enough calories, or your metabolism will shut down.
