:hi: good morning, gang!
Today I rode the stationary bike for 25 minutes and then used the indoor rowing machine for another 15 minutes.
Then I went into the weight room and used free weights for my upper body (bicep, tricep, pectoral, lats, etc)
How did you all do?

My diet wasn't particularly clean today however. Tommorow will be an interesting change of pace. Integrating 1 mile runs with core and bodyweight exercises, and will finish out with 20 minutes HIIT.
