My goal this week is to really work on my speed and being constant with it. Right now, I'm doing sprints.

Something just clicked, I'm not sure what, but I pretty much hit, or came close to breaking my new years goals already.
Squated 215lbs for 8 reps and deadlifted 195 for 10.
I'm not sure where these strength increases came from, but hey, I'm not complaining.
