Wednesday, 1/16/08: I worked out today--did you? |
|
:hi:
good morning gang
This morning I spent 45 minutes on the elliptical machine (interval program) and then I went into the weight room to work on my legs: roman deadlifts, squats,... (I forget the names of the other stuff)
you?

I was stuffed up and not breathing well for a few weeks and now I'm mostly back into my routine. Woohoo!

Shoulders and arms, plus some reasonable cardio for once
I ran into an old friend of mine from my freshman year who was on the football team and was quite impressed with the strength gains I had made since the end of spring when I started getting back into working out.
I realized I've more than doubled my original shoulder press. Started at 30lbs for 10 reps, now I do 65 for 10 reps. Even more so, I use a modified seat that only supports your lower back and forces you to engage all your stabilizers, makes it a lot tougher.
I can tell I'm still losing weight, my abs seem to be shy, but their definently coming out.
