Today was my first day going for 25 minutes.... and I did it! :bounce: :bounce: I did about a mile and 1/8 on my treadmill.
So, I'm well on my way to working up to that morning 1/2 hour of aerobic activity. :D
How'd you do?

40 min on stairmaster, level 8 program 8 700 abs 40 min upper body weights. I upped my weights and did 3-4 sets of 15. :woohoo:
