I did my 1.25 mile this am. I'm continuring working on getting up some speed. I'm in the 3.2- - 3.3 category right now. I want to get up to where I can jog a little bit.
How did you do?

this week it'll be four workouts. :woohoo:
Today I did 40 min on stairmaster at program 9, level 8. Burned 680 calories and sweat like an absolute PIG. It felt great, though.
Followed by 750 various ab reps.
Followed by 30 min of lower body weights. I upped my weights by 5 more lbs this week, too.
Feelin' strong! :thumbsup: I've still got some serious weight to lose, though.
