Yes! This week is almost done. :-)
I did another 1.25 miles today. :woohoo:
And I'm still considering the totalgym.

running is sooooooo NOT my thang. :D
I did 40 minutes on the stairmaster, followed by 700 abs.
This time I mixed things up a bit on the stairmaster with the two consecutive 20 min segments I usually do. I did one segment for "endurance" at program 9, level 8 and the second segment for "calorie burning" at program 3, level 5. Total calories burned in 40 min.: 653.
I still can't figure out how they can get it so precise, even with us punching in our weight details in the beginning. I remain skeptical, but I still sweat like a pig, anyway! That's what counts, in my book.
Nothin' like a good sweat.
