Oh . . . that waist/hip ratio . . . Marilyn!
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Waist-hip_ratioI seem to have more issue with the waist part than the hip part. ~sigh - I love my treats!
32" or below for women: Supernova, you can do it! You can! And I am trying to, also!!
I have done better with my new full time workout schedule than I thought I would. I have indulged & purchased a full spectrum 'sunrise lamp.'
http://www.fullspectrumsolutions.com/lt_dawn_simulators_62_ctg.htm It should arrive next week. I will report back on the effects of a 'natural sunrise.' I hope early morning workouts during the dark months will not be such a struggle for me, for having the lamp.
On another note, I know many of you have read my rave reviews of my weighted belt.
The past two days, however, I applied it's use in a different way, not just walking. I used it for my step workout. My poor old knees just can't deal with the additional 2" increment in step, so I kept my step at 4" & wore the weighted belt with 10# & . . . oh my! What a wonderful workout, without the strain of the extra 2" on my knees!
Rock on, fellow work out enthusiast's!
