Edited on Thu Mar-17-05 05:02 PM by seemunkee
I stressed out my knee last week so this week has been slow. Just doing some core work
mon-thur
3 Superset
one legged Janda situps
saxon side bends
Standing ab wheel

Going bouldering tonight and will probably just do my core tomorrow.

2. Got the padding for the new bouldering wall yesterday.
Should have it installed by Sunday :)

Meanwhile the new yoga instructor is doing a pose that makes my butt so sore I can barely walk. Just thought I would share that.

3. I have still been working out daily.
My laptop is in the shop as we speak. I am at my local library right now. I am unable to check in regularly.

4. I fell off the wagon but I'm back on track now.
I'm counting steps, doing the elliptical, and just took my bike to the shop for an "extreme makeover."

5. let's see...
Monday: long hike up and down a mountain in Mexico
Tuesday: rest/gardening
Wednesday: 525 meter swim; light abs
Thursday: Muay Thai (Thai kickboxing)

This is not EXACTLY how to train for a triathlon (running and biking JUST a little lacking so far this week?), but it has kept me happy and moving. :) Big bike ride planned for tomorrow, if all goes well.

8. I got to test-drive my refurbished bike this afternoon.
My neighborhood is pretty hilly -- I'm going to have to work up to some of those hills, both in stamina and leg strength to protect my knees. But it was fun!

I just have to figure out how to work all those gears! :D

10. Did squats
and overhead presses, followed by more shoulder work, then ran out of time and had to go back to work...

I'm looking forward to warmer weather so I can break out my kettlebells!
