Back at it today, eventhough I didn't sleep 1/2 the night. :P
Will try to get my total gym by the end of the month so I can work on my muscle tone. ;-)

I had to be in early and didn't wake up in time to get to the gym for normal cardio. I usually stick to a run once a week because it makes me so sore but I didn't go that far this time.
