today I managed to make it in to the gym, though, which I'm happy about:
40 min stairmaster 15 min abs 30 min. lower body weight training.
Tomorrow I'm going on a long training 5-6hr bike ride. I hope to do 50-65 miles. :thumbsup: The sun is out and I'm stoked to get back out on the roads! :bounce:
4 weeks til the Solvang Century....

9. Did my hour of weights today |

Upper body. I finally worked out every work day in a week! :woohoo: The last few weeks I've worked late or gone in early so I've been a little messed up. Plus I did both days last weekend and it looks like I'll get both days this weekend.
Is Team in Training to raise money for leukemia? One of my coworkers does that.
