Hearts day workout check in! |

45 minutes of cardio this morning. 30 elliptical and 15 stationary bike. Giant Reese's heart for later to ruin it all!
Anyone else?

I bought a loaf of the most lucious tomato/basil bread & for dinner I ate 5 slices, lightly buttered with Earth Balance. :crazy:
At least it was marginally better than a Giant Reese's heart. ;)
