Friday, 2/22: I worked out today--did you? |
|
:hi:
Today I worked 25 mintues on the elliptical (interval program) and then another 15 on the indoor rowing machine.
Then I spent about 20 minutes in the weight room working the free weights for my upper body.
And what about you guys?

I worked hard the past few days, and I am tired and sore! I have a group run tomorrow, so I am taking this as a rest day.

5. Good workout! And it feels so good to spiff the place up, doesn't it? |

My mother was a furniture re-arranger. When I was a kid, we rearranged the furniture every couple of months or so. Of course, we had a big old farm house with a huge living room. In the little house I live in now, we find what works best with the furniture we have & it stays that way.
I'm painting the entire inside of my house this year & looking forward to it!

Thursday: 30 minutes of step in the AM. Shoulders & arms in the PM. I've also added step ups to my arms routine. I have a mint-step bench that is 16-18" tall. I step up 25 times each leg. I hope to see some nice results in the buns.
Friday: Legs, chest & back.
And it's time to buy some 25 pound dumbbells! :D
