200 yards freestyle, 200 kick, 200 pull 6 x 75 kick real hard 6 x 75 freestyle an easy 50 to cool down
then my "pi run" (3.14 miles, with hills.)

35 minutes on the recumbent bike and then into the weight room to work the legs.
my back and knees still somewhat sore from Saturday's shovelling. I sure hope we're done w/ the snow for the season.

were sore all weekend from moving furniture last friday. I finally felt alright today.
I can't wait to find my total gym so I can do some serious strength training.
