Tuesday, 2/26: I worked out today--did you?

today it was 45 minutes on the elliptical and then into the weight room to do about 200 crunches or so.

1. Went a little further today
1.35 miles and need just two more minutes to get to my full 30 minutes in the am.

I'm getting ready to convert what is now my office into a home gym so that will be fun. :D

2. 200 crunches?!?
Whoa. I did crunches this morning, nowhere near as many!

I went to the gym for an hour of all-over circuit training, followed by a 5.5 mile run/walk with the dog.
