Wednesday 2/27: I worked out today--did you?
:hi:

On the recommendation of my favorite trainer at the gym, I did a VERY light workout today. My knee/hamstring is still bothering me from the shovelling over the weekend, and my hands and arms are messed up a bit after yesterday's EMG.

So I did 40 minutes on the elliptical, and seriously, I didn't push it at all. The goal today was just to be in motion for 40 minutes.

you folks?

1. I did a fun agility drill
I started at a point, my PT would roll a ball across the floor, i had to run out, pick it up and throw it back to him and quickly return to the starting part, and go again.

That, squats, lunges and 15 minutes on the lifecycle.

5. Wish I had the stamina of my dog
He's now my running partner. 5 miles is nothing to him. I hope against hope that I am wearing him out, but I am afraid I am just building a stronger crazy beast!

6. An hour of weights
upper body. Took Monday and Tuesday off due to a work related conference with a really long drive that drained me. Almost didn't go today but I was awake at 5:30 this morning courtesy of neighbor's music so decided to go.
