Am I correct you are not supposed to bounce when using elliptical machines? I try not to (but catch myself doing it sometimes) and for some reason I noticed several people bouncing a lot today.

I over-slept because I forgot to set my alarm. I wasn't late to work, but I missed the workout
I have a feeling I'll be shovelling snow again this weekend (which are usually rest days for me) so I don't feel too badly about it.
