Today I jogged 2.5 miles and then I did about half of my usual upper body workout.
Shovelling tomorrow.....

lower body. Then stretching.
I wish we'd get enough snow to warrant shoveling. :( As long as it happens after my Saturday run and the sidewalks are clear before the next Saturday.

Though it wound up being a lunchtime workout, rather than an AM one. That's ok. At least I did it.

5. I hate this time of day |

All I'm thinking is I want to get on the bus and go home. Not get on the bus and get off the bus and go to the gym. It's totally torture between now and the time I step off the bus at 55th Street. Once I'm off the bus and once I'm there it becomes automatic. This is the time that tests me. It's Friday. I want to veg - but if I don't go, I will regret it.
Okay, I'm putting my sneakers on, signing off DU, wish me luck.

I was slacking for a while after I got a job that was in the opposite direction of the gym- more driving time for me to think about getting off an exit early and going home.

And I do love getting it done with. But it's 5 blocks from my apt. and I basically roll out of bed and go. I'm just not a morning person. And tho it's hard, I do get off the bus at 5:30 even if it kills me. Went last night and burned 350 cals between bike and eliptical.
