Back from my ski trip!
And I stayed in SHAPE! My friends set me up with two-hour private ski lessons for five straight days, then took me out on the slopes in the afternoon. That's very demanding, particularly on the quads, glutes and, strangely, the arms and shoulders (when you need to give yourself a push with the ski poles). Am I ever tired!

1. Was that your first time skiing?
How do your legs feel today?

2. Third time in my life
I wasn't sore in my legs at all. I was more sore in my shoulders and arms from pushing myself back into motion.

I have a HUGE blue bruise on my right leg and a strained thumb from the inevitable wipeouts, but I am otherwise all right.
