Friday 3/14 workout check-in: |

Today I felt strong, so I went for it at the gym:
50 min, total, on stairmaster: Total calories burned: 780. Whew! 30 min at program 8, level 8. 20 min at program 3, level 4.
15 min abs: 700
30 min. lower body weight training
:thumbsup: :bounce: feelin' good!!
