Sunday Sunday Sunday Check-In
Swam for an hour and a half after a two-week absence. Told the coach, Well it feels like I'm out of shape and forgot how to swim, but otherwise I'm all right. We decided to not do sets and instead just do long swims, kicks and pulls so I could get a feel for the water again.

1. Do you alternate breaths every third strike right and left?
I for the life of me cannot turn to my left to breath. I start to sink. And I don't know why. When Is started swimming I had to take a breath every right hand stroke. Which was annoying. I took a few lessons and the instructor said every third stroke, alternating right and left. But I can't do left. Now I can do every fourth stroke on my right side, but sometimes I get tired and can't wait that long for a breath.

I don't understand why I don't start to sink when I breath on my right side, but sink on my left. I am right handed by the way, so I'm not that soleft.
