Friday, 3/21: I worked out today--did you? |

:hi: good morning!
Today I did 40 minutes on the elliptical and then did ab work for about another half hour or so... a variety of cruches and leg lifts to work the whole muscle group.
I was 5 for 5 this week.... I'm pretty happy about that.
I suspect tomorrow I will be "working out" by doing a slew of chores, including washing, vacuuming, and thoroughly cleaning the inside of my car.
So, you folks....

Monday Cardio and agility Tuesday - Practice Wed - Strength training Thursday - swimming Tonight - cardio and agility again
Tomorrow I will be running around, doing the Easter thing with my family a day early.
Sunday I'm taking my big bucket of balls and going to Central Park to practice pitching and hitting off the tee.

I know a day or two I didn't check in here (crazy at work). Today was 1 hour upper body weights, did cardio yesterday, lower body Wednesday. Too bad it's going to be cloudy tomorrow for running, I need some sun! Maybe I'll get some Sunday if I have time to walk.
