Today it was the elliptical machine for 40 minutes (interval program) and then about 250 assorted crunches and leg lifts for my abdominal muscles.

3. 1 hour lower body weights
Should have been done yesterday but stayed up too late and subsequently got up too late. I was 7 for 7 last week so I deserve a day off.
