Hi gang!
Today I jogged for 1 mile and then ran up and down a flight of stairs 20 times.
And then spent about 15 minutes stretching. I don't stretch nearly enough....
well, how 'bout you folks?

I bailed out a little early. I'm still tired from the gym, and I have to start conserving energy for my half marathon this weekend.
