After a week of feeling too crappy to work out thanks to whatever is making the rounds at work, I did do a slow mini jog this morning of 1.5 miles. Not much but loosened some of the junk in my lungs. I hope to do some weights the next 2 days and do as much of a normal run on Sunday as I can. What did you do today?
