Friday, 4/11: I worked out today--did you? |

good morning :hi:
turns out all those new exercises the trainer showed me yesterday have totally kicked MY ass. My legs are very sore today.
I did 30 minutes on the Concept2 indoor rowing maching. Then I went into the weight room and worked arms, chest and back using a combination of machines and free weights.
I'm going to try some yoga tomorrow.

I have that ass kicked feeling too from yesterday's weights since I was 'out of service' for a week. Beats a sore butt from being on the couch though.
