I've started a beginner's workout program today (because, after a few months away from the gym, that's what I bascially am) I found from bodybuilders.com. It's a full body workout I'll be doing 3 times a week. After a while, I'll change it.

I took the same route as last week but covered it in a little less time (maybe 3 minutes). I was also less exhausted than I was last week. I'm encouraged because it looks like I'm starting to build muscle and endurance. Yippee!
