:hi:
I didn't get any strength exercise in today, but I did manage a 3 mile jog.
I'm going to do a 5K next month, so it's refreshing to see I can still pull off 5 miles.

:) but I do that with days too so it's kind of ironic I'd point that out. I did an hour of lower body today and an hour upper body yesterday.
