5/6 I've been working out lately. Honestly, I have.
I was out of the action, more or less, for a couple of weeks because of a knee injury. Last weekend I did my longest training run yet--20 miles--with no pain!

No pain is good!

I've been mostly working out. When I took my walk on Sunday I actually got a little sunburn so it looks like it might be time for me to start my hiking to avoid the sun (sun screen isn't much use for me, I still get splotchy).

Today I did an hour of lower body weights, after work instead of before since I had to go in early. Not sure if I'll get in tomorrow morning. I'll be doing upper body so soreness won't be too much of an issue.
