1.4 mile run. It'd be easier if it wasn't constantly up and down some fairly steep hills. I take tomorrow off since I am getting new glasses and then it's back on Thursday. Then I bump up to the 1.9 mile loop. Once I can do both I dust off my 36 lb kettlebell.

My arms were hurting from yesterdays weights but the punching actually seemed to help. I usually picture bush or cheney when doing my kick boxing.
