Monday 8/11: I worked out today--did you? |

:hi:
This morning I did 15 minutes on the StairMaster and 15 minutes on the indoor rowing machine
Then I went into the weight room and worked the upper body (shoulders, upper back, chest, arms).
I have been playing a lot of tennis lately, and not posting that. While I was in FL my brother helped me find my backhand again.
I'm loving the tennis....
