We have a rec center here at work and I gave up and joined six weeks ago. :P :D Most weekdays I spend my lunch time there. While I do have to work a little later to make up for it, I think it's worth it overall. I can get in 30 minutes of cardio and then be back at my desk in exactly an hour.
I can't believe what a difference it makes in my productivity in the afternoon! No 3-4 pm slump here!
I'm feeling much better; BP is down to normal. It had been a little high (mid-120s/80s). The only downside, is I haven't lost any weight yet. :P I'm hoping that will kick in if I keep this up. :bounce:
