My first time posting here |

I have an elliptical machine at home that I have not been using. I used it yesterday and today. I find
using it first thing in the morning before morning coffee, newspaper, and breakfast gets it out of the
way. To get to a normal BMI, will have to rid myself of >50 pounds. Well, a long journey begins with
just one step, so the morning elliptical session is my first step. I like the idea of checking in so will
attempt it.

I've found the longer I wait in the day to exercise, the more likely I will blow it off. Like you, first thing in the morning is best, cuz then it's out of the way. Also when I work out first thing, it keeps me on track with my diet during the day. I think, "I didn't work out so I could eat this! I worked out so I will see some inches come off my waist!"

Saturday we are taking a drive to SF for a day trip and ordinarily I would blow off my morning work-out. I WILL get on the machine before leaving, no excuses. I am so good with the excuses, I plan on getting a t-shirt that says 'NO EXCUSES'
