DID IT!
Set the alarm for 6am, hit the snooze alarm twice, got on the elliptical at 6:30am and did an hour. I am

NOT a morning person, but it seems like morning is the only way to get in the workout consistently. Next

hurdle is getting up early before church Sunday and doing an hour on the elliptical.

1. Good for you!
I had plans early this morning plus it was cold & blustery. And as the day went on, I didn't work out. Just when it was looking like a do nothing day, I got motivated, got on my exercise bike & peddled 35 minutes. Not a stellar workout, but better than nothing.

You are really dedicated doing an hour. Are you set up in front of a TV?

2. Morning seems to work better for me
After getting a new job with a longer commute my drive to the gym was long enough to think of reasons to not do it. Now I like the morning workout better, I get up and go before I can talk myself out of it. :)
