I did things a little differently today.
I did 30 mins on the treadmill and got all nice and warmed up.
Then I did lower body weights. My thighs can now press 125 lbs!!!
Lastly, I got back on the elliptical for another 30 minutes.
I'm pooped. ;-)
How'd you do? :-)

1 hour on the elliptical. Had to get up at 5am to make work at 7am, so no morning workout. Did it early
evening. Still planning on adding hot yoga to routine.
