I did an hour on the elliptical. A little warmer today, may take the bike for a spin.

35 minutes on the elliptical
about 30 minutes doing upper body weights and circuits
35 minutes on the treadmill.

but I'm glad to see you're still going at it. Do you feel the effects of your continued effort yet? A lightness in step perhaps? Or pants fitting a bit more loosely?
I stalled out a little last week but got back on track this week. The 'first thing in the morning' is key for me. It will be easier as we get into warmer weather.
