Tuesday, 02/03/09 - Daily Workout
I did it!!

Today was the first day I got through my entire routine. ALL. OF. IT. Without stopping in between. I wanted to do as much as I could because it's supposed to snow/sleet here over night, promising to make roads messy tomorrow. I wanted to get it all in in case I got stuck at home.

Whole hour of upper body and lower body weights.

50 minutes on the elliptical

20 minutes on the treadmill.

1. I did an hour on the elliptical.
I was in DC for the inaugural and it has taken some time to get back to a routine. Sunday, I rode

the bike for 2 hours (nice weather in Sac along the American River Trail). Your workout should

get results pretty quick.

3. Almost 1 hr weights
Upper body. I missed yesterday's cardio due to soreness from leg stuff Monday, but will make it tomorrow.
